To place an order you can either post or telephone your order, or email us.
Please remember to include contact details so we may process your payment.
Please include the following with the order: full postal address, choice of postage & method of payment
PAYMENTS
Payments can be paid by Paypal.
This will mean there will be no need for the customer to supply any card details just an email address, making a more secure payment method.
Any customer who does not have an email address or does not wish to use one will have to use the good old method of cheque or postal order and snail mail.

POSTAGE
All orders will now be charged postage at cost using Royal mail (see below). Please indicate chosen method with the order:
Inland: first or second class, signed for if required.
Overseas: International standard or tracked and/or signed for if required.
Post and Packing rates:
UK (Paypal) At cost, minimum £2.00. orders over £100 post free.
UK (cheque) 15% of order value minimum £3.00. orders over £100 post free.
Rest of World will be charged at cost.
We no longer accept international money orders
DELIVERY
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
All items are now cast to order. In times of high demand please understand there may be a delay on completing orders.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that your goods are packed adequately, we regret that we are unable to accept responsibility for loss or damage occurring during transit.
